  • The technologically superior table top model #4500 coil/bundle tier uses a twist tie ribbon to securely tie coils, bundles and hanks. Made of stainless steel and all metal components, the model #4500 does not utilize wear parts such as clutches and brakes to control its sequential operation, but rather a state of the art plc and a unique hybrid power system. Able to adjust automatically to tie any item from 0 inch to 4 inch inch diameter (larger sizes optional), the model #4500 is perfect for semi-automatic, inline, and conveyor applications. Using a variety of twist tie ribbons, the model #4500 is either self actuating or is available with an optional foot pedal, can be used inch either a vertical or horizontal position, does not required operator training or adjustments to tie various size products, and is the most reliable coil/bundle tyer inch the market today.
